Yes. Skoon is a subscription kitty litter service that ships our revolutionary litter straight to your door. To customize the details of your order, login to your account.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days via FedEx SmartPost. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Weekends or Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Skoon Cat Litter is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. We do not offer shipping to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or International Shipping.

To change your payments for your subscriptions, select ‘Subscriptions,’ then navigate to “Change Payment” and select or add a credit card, or switch your payment preferences to Paypal. You can choose to update the payment method on all your subscriptions at once within your account Dashboard.

For more of your subscription offer payment details, navigate to ‘Subscriptions,’ where you can click on “Change Offer.” This will provide you with a breakdown of it, showing the start date, last and next payment date, as well as the delivery frequency.

Keep in mind that adding or editing a payment method in this section will not affect your current subscription. To update the payment method in a specific subscription, you need to go to the ‘Subscriptions’ section, view the subscription details and select ‘Change Payment.’ This can only be done in Active subscriptions.

While you cannot choose the day your subscription arrives, you can choose the day it’s processed and shipped. Keep in mind that you will not be able to choose the same day or a day after the date you select.
