We want you and your cat to be completely satisfied with Skoon Cat Litter. That's why we're offering a risk-free trial. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us at help@skooncatlitter.com. We're happy to issue a refund within 30 days of you receiving your first order.

To ensure a smooth refund process, we strongly recommend contacting us before initiating your return. This helps us properly identify your items and process your refund quickly. If you return items without contacting us first, it might take longer to process your refund, or in some cases, we might not be able to issue it at all.

Please note, if you ship unwanted items to the wrong address without contacting us for return information, we can't take responsibility for refunding or reshipping those items.

To qualify for a return, please make sure to return the unopened/unused litter. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Important: Email us the tracking information for any return shipments. Without this, if the items don't arrive at our warehouse, we won't be able to issue a refund.

We cannot provide refunds for products returned to us more than 30 days from the initial purchase. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.

Please note, we do not accept returns of opened products after the original trial period or first order.

RETURNS OF UNOPENED ITEMS

We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an unopened item, here’s how to do it:

  • The product must be in unopened, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the unopened product back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your product arrives safely at our warehouse.
  • Please email us the tracking information for your return. This helps us monitor the status of your return and process your refund quickly. If you don't provide tracking and the package doesn't arrive at our warehouse, we won't be able to issue a refund.
  • Once we receive the returned unopened product, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.

UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

We understand that mistakes happen. Here’s what you need to know if your product is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a product is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we won’t be responsible for reshipping the product. 

If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, due to a customer mistake, you have two options:

    • Reshipping: We can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee of $7 per bag
    • Full Refund: You can receive a refund for the products ordered, minus a shipping fee of $7 per bag
  • Please note that this policy does not apply to packages that are refused by the recipient. We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for refused packages.
  • We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for orders past 30 days of delivery.

    DAMAGED PACKAGES

    Should you encounter any damaged goods in your order, please get in touch with our customer support team at help@skooncatlitter.com. We'll promptly investigate the matter and, if the issue is verified, we'll make arrangements to send you a replacement for the damaged item. No replacements will be sent without proof that the package came damaged.

    We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for orders past 30 days of delivery.

    ORDERING 

    MODIFYING ORDERS

    If you have placed an order, and then decide that you would like to modify it for any reason, please email us immediately at help@skooncatlitter.com. If a packing slip has not been created for the order, we can modify or cancel. If a packing slip has already been created, we will not be able to edit the original order.

    CANCELATION POLICY

    We want you to have the best experience with Skoon Cat Litter. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

    • Customers can cancel their subscription after a 20-day window from the date of their initial order. This allows you enough time to receive and try our product.
    • After the 20-day period, you can cancel your subscription by logging into your account on our website and following the cancellation process. Once the cancellation request is made, you won’t be charged any further fees or receive additional shipments.
    • If you have any questions or need assistance with the cancellation process, our customer support team is here to help. Just reach out to us!
    • By placing an order and subscribing to our product, you agree to adhere to this cancellation policy. 

    SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS

    If you request to cancel your subscription on the same day as your Subscription First Order, we reserve the right to cancel both your subscription and any associated order.

    FREE GIFTS

    In the rare event that a free gift is missing from your order, we can arrange to include the missing free gift with your next subscription order, ensuring a seamless experience. Please note that we do not send free gifts separately; they are intended to be included exclusively with subscription orders.
