FAQs

Simply go to skooncatlitter.com/my-account/ anytime you want. Here, you can see the status of your order and make any necessary changes to your subscription.

It’s easy! To customize your order, cancel or make changes to your account, log in to skooncatlitter.com/my-account/

All of your account details, such as your name, your billing address, shipping information, subscriptions, orders, usernames and passwords can be found in your Dashboard.

Your Dashboard can be located in the upper right-hand corner of the Skoon website under ‘My Account’.

Under your Dashboard, you’ll find all of your upsells, important notices and promotions, as well as your account information, like your name, email and password. Make sure to click “Save Changes” once you are done.

You can find all of your orders, as well as your order numbers dates, status and totals within your dashboard. Find all the orders you´ve created, along with the order number, date, status and total.

If you have an order with Pending Payment, just click Pay and confirm your billing information to get that order going. You will find the order details, related subscriptions and addresses for each order under your Dashboard.

You can cancel ongoing orders, as long as they have not been shipped yet. To cancel your subscriptions, change payment or modify the offer and next shipping date, click “View” at the right on the subscription.

You will find the subscription(s) number, status, next payment date, amount and frequency of delivery, as well as the details for each subscription under your account Dashboard.

You can view and edit your different billing and shipping addresses, as well as add new addresses under your account Dashboard.
