How do I access my order information?
Simply go to skooncatlitter.com/account/ anytime you want. Here, you can see the status of your order and make any necessary changes to your subscription.
How do I make changes in my account details?
Go to skooncatlitter.com/account/ and click “My account” in the upper right-hand corner to access the “Profile” section. Your account details such as your name, username and passwords, and billing and shipping addresses can be modified here.
How do I find and view my orders?
Go to skooncatlitter.com and click “My account” in the upper right-hand corner to access the “Orders” section. Here, you will find information related to your recent orders.
Where do I find my subscription information?
Go to skooncatlitter.com and click “My account” in the upper right-hand corner to access the “Subscriptions” section. You will find the subscription(s) number, status, next payment date, amount and frequency of delivery, as well as the details for each subscription.
Is there a way to cancel my orders and subscriptions?
You can cancel ongoing orders, as long as they have not been shipped yet. To cancel your subscriptions, change payment or modify the offer and next shipping date, click “View” at the right on the subscription..
I have an order with a Pending Payment. What does this mean, and what should I do?
If you have an order with Pending Payment, just click Pay and confirm your billing information to get that order going. You will find the order details, related subscriptions and addresses for each order under the “Subscriptions” section.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to skooncatlitter.com and click “My account” in the upper right-hand corner to access the “Subscriptions” section.
Select “Manage Subscription” within the “Active” subscription tab, which you’ll find right next to the date of your next Skoon delivery. To update your payment method, select “Payment Method”. You will be redirected to a new window with details on your most recent order as well as existing payment methods.
How do I change my billing and shipping information?
Go to skooncatlitter.com and click “My account” in the upper right-hand corner to access the “Subscriptions” section. elect “Manage Subscription” within the “Active” subscription tab, which you’ll find right next to the date of your next Skoon delivery. If you wish to update your shipping or billing address, select the according field and enter the updated address. Click “Update” to confirm.
How do I change the delivery date of my next shipment?
Go to skooncatlitter.com and click “My account” in the upper right-hand corner to access the “Subscriptions” section.
Select “Manage Subscription” within the “Active” subscription tab, which you’ll find right next to the date of your next Skoon delivery. To modify the next delivery date, click on “Next Order Date”. Choose the desired date from the calendar on the right of your screen. Click “Update” to confirm the selection. Please note that you may not change your “ Next Order Date” the same day of your renewal. It needs to be done a minimum of 2 days before your “Next Order Date”.
Can I modify the number of weeks between each delivery?
Yes! Go to skooncatlitter.com and click “My account” in the upper right-hand corner to access the “Subscriptions” section.
Select “Manage Subscription” within the “Active” subscription tab, which you’ll find right next to the date of your next Skoon delivery. o modify the number of weeks between each delivery, select “Ships Every” and a window will appear on the right with the number of weeks to choose from. Select the frequency and click “Update” to confirm.
Can I modify the product quantity for my next order?
Yes! Go to skooncatlitter.com and click “My account” in the upper right-hand corner to access the “Subscriptions” section.
Select “Manage Subscription” within the “Active” subscription tab, which you’ll find right next to the date of your next Skoon delivery. To change the quantity of litter you would like to receive on your next refill, select “Product” and update the product quantity. Click on “Update” to confirm.
How can I add a different product to my next order?
Go to skooncatlitter.com and click “My account” in the upper right-hand corner to access the “Subscriptions” section. Select “Manage Subscription” within the “Active” subscription tab, which you’ll find right next to the date of your next Skoon delivery. To add an additional product to your next refill, select “Add to Next Refill.” If added to the next refill, a confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen. To purchase the product for immediate delivery, select “Shop Now”. You will be redirected to your cart to confirm your final purchase.
