“Best litter I’ve ever used, in February of 2020 we adopted a white cat that we named Lady Caroline. She had the stinkiest poops I’ve ever come across in many years of cat ownership. Skoon has made all the difference.”

"Best Cat Litter Ever. We have an exceptionally large Maine Coone, and he loves it. Also, no litter tracking or dust to contend with, and when we have company over no one even knows we have a cat due to the odor absorption of the litter. It was the best decision we ever made for our kitty and our home."

"Makes my life cleaner and easier. The low dust, large gravel size makes my life so much easier. There’s no longer the strong smell, nor messy trail of toxic litter literally littering my home. Not to mention no more lugging heavy boxes of litter home from the store!"

James S.

"GREAT product!!! With hardwood floors it's a must. Almost totally eliminated tracking. One bag a month is working perfectly for our one cat. She absolutely loved the gifts!! What a nice surprise! Thanks so much. As you can see she from the pics, she loves it!"

Mathew M.

" I love that Skoon is odor less and helps controls odors from elimations. The dust is there but less noticeable than other clay litter. I love that this litter doesn't clump in his paws-he's a lazy self groomer. I am very happy with Skoon and recommend giving them a try."

Kristopher F.

"Our kitties boxes are in the laundry room, and it is so nice to walk in and not have to worry about stepping on tracked out litter crumbles!! There is NO SMELL noticeable! It is easy to scoop out the poop, and it looks like a fresh clean litter box every day! We love Skoon! Pictured is our Rue girl, ready to help set it up!"

Real Questions from Real Cat Parents

What makes Skoon different from traditional litter?

Skoon is made from ultra-absorbent, non-toxic diatom pebbles that eliminate odor on contact — no clumps, no stink, no dust. Unlike clay litters, Skoon locks in moisture deep inside each pebble, keeping the surface clean, dry, and fresh longer.

Is Skoon safe for my cat and home?

Yes. Skoon is non-toxic, low-dust, and hypoallergenic. Its large pebbles don’t stick to paws or get tracked around your home — and they’re too big to be inhaled. Clean air, clean floors, happy cat.

Is Skoon dust-free?

While no litter is truly 100% dust-free, Skoon’s diatom pebbles are larger and more stable than clay or fine-grain litters, minimizing airborne particles. Most cat parents notice far less mess and easier cleanup with Skoon.

How long does Skoon control odor?

Most customers experience effective odor control for 2–3 weeks with daily stirring. For homes with multiple cats, we recommend using more than one box and refreshing more frequently to maintain a fresh-smelling home.

Can I use Skoon with automatic litter boxes?

Yes — Skoon’s fine-grain variety works with most automatic litter systems.

What if my cat doesn’t like switching to Skoon?

Most cats adjust easily — they love the soft texture and odor-free experience. Still unsure? You’re covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Try Skoon risk-free and see the difference for yourself. Take a look at our Transition Tips.
